I recently purchased Maxspect Gyre XF 350, 2 pumps 1 controller for my 120X30X30. Looking for advice/suggestions on placement for best flow.

I have one in my 84X30X27 tank, and it's at one end near the top like you have in your picture. With two of them, I would probably put them at opposite ends and have them alternate.

These pumps are amazingly powerful. When I first got mine, it came defaulted to 50% power, and it looked like a hurricane hit the tank. I only run it at 10-20%.

I'm thinking about getting one for my 150. Which model would you recommend?

I just ordered two for my 180. Looks like it may be overkill
Just give them to me and you can reorder some smaller ones. Problem solved! Haha

The only reason I got the 350 instead of the next lower model is the glass thickness. The next model down was only recommended for glass up to .5" as I recall, and I didn't want the same experience I had with an MP-10 where it worked for a while then started falling off the tank.

The 330’s are a little meh in my 150g (4ft). I’m planning (when I hit the lotto) to pair them with mp40’s to get the different flow patterns from top to bottom.

Some baffles for a 75 gallon sump
Assuming it's a glass sump, measure the exact gap between glass panels that you need to seal, subtract 1/8" (1/16" per side), get the height that you'd like, and call up a glass company for quotes on that piece. I can lay a silicone bead for you but I'd need to have the sump at my place for a day or two.
