I had a ten gallon that did very very well for three years. I set up me a 40breeder a few days ago. I used 30lbs of dry rock from reefbreeders and ten lbs of live rock from my ten. All I have is a few corals. And one clownfish. My leds have the same par for the placed corals. And all the new water has the same parameters as my old tank when mixed and put inside the tank.

Well lastnight I noticed that my corals arnt opening up as well as they use to. My clown acts normally and don't look like he's in distress. Eats very well. I checked the ammonia levels and they are 1.0 ppm. Am I going thru a mini cycle or is my entire tank cycling all over again?

You will always go through either a mini or complete cycle when doing this, did you add new sand as well?
with the Lr, you basically did a 3/1 setup. So your rocks will deff go through a cycle, and if you added fresh sand, it has to cycle as well, the cycled rock you added, just gave you enough bacteria to keep fish alive.
