I have a 46 gallon bowfront tank with alot of LPS corals, Ive heard you should have between 20-30 times turn over rate your power heads. Right now I have 1 koralia 2 and with a twin return. so I'm guessing i have about 18 times turnover. should i add another power head or preferable upgrade my power head to a koralia 3?? any input would be nice

I can't say whether you do or don't. I can tell you I have a 36 bow front with an MP10ES in lagoon mode running from 0 to 75%, two Hydor EVO750's set with random timers from my ACJR and a dual return from the sump running about 150 gph. I keep a mix of LPS and SPS.

As long as everything is swaying and circulating with no dead spots you should be fine. It's mainly SPS that you want fairly strong flow with.
