I need to start preparing for filling the new tank (90G).
My new RO/DI is capable of producing about 75G daily @ 001 TDS (that is if I sit with it all day).
At this point I am thinking I'll start filling 2 - 55G new plastgic garbage bins with RO/Di until I get there, (about a week). Any ideas on a better/easier way to get there? Suggestions?

PS I've been using IO salt any suggestions on changing? Now would be the time!!!!!!!!!

If you can stand having the hose laying in the open you could get some 1/4 inch tubing from lowes and run it from the ro/di to the tank and then let it slowly fill. If you wanted to mix the salt with the water before adding to the tank you could use the trashcan method.

Brandon,
Thanks!!!!!!!!!!! but the top of the RO/DI tap is at roughly 36" and the bottom of the tank is 40" off the floor!
I'm 6'3" and I am tired of looking at the top of most hoods!
I think I will have to figure out a pumping arrangement.

If you use the tubing from the ro/di you won't need an extra pump.....I know people who run their tubing from the ro/di up into the attic and then back down to their tank....as long as the water is getting made the pressure from the unit should push it along....If I am wrong about this someone let me know.
