Just thought I would share a pic of my 40G cycling. The light is a sun aquatics 14K 250MH I got for $27.00 on Ebay. Wow is it blue!! Not sure if I will trade it out for an older sunburst or a 10K blueline. Thought green star polyps would look cool under this lighting. No actinic supplement needed on this aquarium.

Oh no!! I just got the bulb for that much. The pendant I got for 105.00. Probably could have made my own, but I always liked these.

Glad you got it up and cycling, how many tanks do you have now? Or am I going to have to come over and take a look?

Nathan, I have 2 more, I believe you saw the 10G, when you saw my 80G. So this makes 3 for now. Not sure if I want to use this as a prop tank or just a reef. Thanks Isis, I think it is too. Rick, I bought it now from the name sunaquatics on ebay $27.00 + 12.00 shipping.

I bought that as well on ebay, it is an advance ballast that I had my father take to his plant. They wired it, but it in a box, painted it, put a switch on it and everything. They also just put together 2 more 250W ballasts for my 80G. Pretty cool.

Here is the ballast they put together for me. It was like an assembly line at this plant. One person did the wiring and put the switch on, one person did the box and one person painted it. I told my father I am going to start my own ballast company with these people.
