You may want to try to keep the clown away from the anemone while the anemone settles in. I have read that the clown will stress the anemone while it is acclimating/relocating in your tank. Also don't be surprised if the anemone darkens up or even possibly fades in color. I had a pair of rose btas that almost completely bleached when I moved them from under just VHO to another tank with metal halides. They are now really bright pink
