Macro tank has no skimmer, the reef has a large cone skimmer in the 3rd sump behind the tank, can't see it in the fishroom.

You're welcome to come over any time to see/talk shop/anything :)

still not seeing any ammonia? i have been ghost feeding every day and i still see no ammonia. idk if i told yall this already ,but the rock i bought was cured. Or atleast the sign sayed that haha. Also the sand was live that i bought. Do any of yall know when i should start seeing ammonia? Thanks

Depending on how much bacteria was on the rock/sand you may not have a cycle, the tank may be ready to go. I'd give it a couple more days at least of feeding it and checking for ammonia/nitrite.

yeah my nitrites & everything is at 0ppm.... its hard to get exact reading from looking at the colors. But they all seem to be 0ppm. So by saterday if they still read 0 am i safe to add first coral?
