So I have this Naso tang and his skin is blotchy. Most of it is a dark gray, whereas he has some blotches on both sides that are a lighter gray. Anyone know what causes this and will it blend back to the same color? My first guess is its like "new" skin similar to when we get a scratch or cut the new skin the comes in is always lighter and eventually gains most of its pigment back.

they get white spots when first introduced to your system and they are scared, also at night and when the lights first come on, you will see this.
as long as he/she is eating you should be good.

just watch for constant scratching on the rocks. (icH)
