Are these recent purchases or fish that have been a stable system for a long time? Anything recently added to the system.

They were in my main tank for about a year, now they are in a quarantine tank treated with cupramine, they been on quarantine for about a week, already lost 1 engineer goby, 2 clowns. Any advice is appreciated.

Did you add anything (fish/snails/macro algae/etc.) to the tank prior to them becoming ill?

Does your qt have an established bio filter?

Are you testing for ammonia?

What is your copper level? How are you measuring? I can't really tell from the pictures - do they have white spots, white slimy areas? My eyes aren't so good anymore.

With the limited information....I think I'm going with bad water quality as well. That one fish almost looks like he's got a fungal infection. Others probably have bacterial infections. I see some cloudy eyes too.
