Is anyone available to help move my tank this weekend from the garage to my living room? It’s a 6ft, 400lb tank so need at least 3 others. Would really appreciate it. Please let me know if you could help.

Thanks!

I looked through the forum and found David at urban aquatics but the guy isn’t very responsive. Any chance there are some very nice people who could help this weekend? I’m new to the area so don’t know a lot of people

I doubt they could do it this weekend on short notice but you might reach out to Nemo and Friends. I believe they do aquarium moves and set up plus they are not too far from you.

I live in West Houston off 10 and Greenhouse
I'm in bridgeland. I can round up a few guys if need be. David is not in the business anymore. He has one of his guys delivering a tank Tuesday, worst case can get them to do it then. There's a few of us in the area so just need to get some peeps together.

I would really appreciate if you could help. I would offer up frags, but this move has been my worst nightmare and nothing is too healthy with a lot not making it.

Still looking for some kind souls to help. I called the places suggested but not getting much headway as many want to do a full setup which I’m guessing costs $$$. I ended up setting up the 100-gallon trough completely up with my apex, trident and dos pumps to hopefully get me through finding people. Severely regretting having this put in the garage :(

Yeah too big for me but it’s not too interesting for a fish store to make their way out. I’m hopeful I can scrounge the people together soon.

I remember calling few of my neighbors to help with tank move - not sure about you but I was pretty popular on our street.

I just moved into the neighborhood from Austin and it’s got a stepford wives vibe as we haven’t seen too many people out and about. That said, I have tried our social group to see if anyone would be willing to help.

I'm having David drop an 8' tank off at my house tomorrow, Tuesday after lunch. I'm sure if you pony up a little cash they can make their way to you. They have an HD hydraulic lift. Just depends how busy his friend is. Theyre coming from deerpark. I think they're delivering a red sea reefer 1000 too.

I text David at the 0898 number asking if he could fit me in today. Hopefully he can. Let him know I’m trying to reach him.

No, unfortunately not. Big Rick was going to send his guys but they went to the wrong house so I’m stuck again. I’ll tip anyone that comes to help. I would say I’d give some frags but this move has been my worst nightmare in all regards

I'm not sure how much I'd be able to lift but I have a gorilla cart and furniture dolly to help move it from the garage to the house.
