Need help with Damsel ID (1 Viewer)

Kinda looks like a Talbot's, or a Neon? Im kind of lost on this one its still a juvenile so his colors might change. Anyone have any idea on what it is? I got him from petco.

thanks I am pretty sure your right, I guess mine just hasn't developed its stripes yet? I aslo found this guy browsing the web it looks identical but mine isnt red lol
