New baby ORA Gigas (1 Viewer)

So in love, I have a large deresa and a Maxima in my 70 gallon. Once this baby gigas grows up it can join it's brothers.

That’s great I love clams especially gigas and squamosa.

Looking at the pic keep an eye on it. The mantle is caved in a little. It should be more puffy.

IT was slightly paler today. Picked it up and noticed it had a few strands of foot. There was a hole in the back that was abnormal. put it in a dish with some phyto, enough to tint it green. Dead as a door nail 5 minutes later.

i put him in the dish with phyto, 5 minutes hes shrunk down in his shell ten minutes later the nassarius snails are eating him wtf.

Snails smell death-clam is either dead or in the process of dying. Basically snails are doing what they are suppose to do.
