So I have stepped up my breeding space as I quickly realized my (4) 10g tanks and (2) 20g were just not going to cut it. Those filled quickly and I have a pair laying eggs already with another proven pair waiting for me to pick them up.

The new set up should look VERY familiar to those of you that frequent FJW. The are 2 8ft banks and the top one has 10 stalls in it. I just got it in the house and still need to reconnect all of the plumbing. I will up date as I go.

Excuse the light, it's in the dinning room! lol IMG_20130712_210244_583.jpg IMG_20130712_210305_519.jpg

Just thought I should put a quick update up. I have everything up and running now and most of the pairs are in the broodstock stalls. Rotifers are up and running as well!

Pair #1 is a snowonyx pair. They are currently getting ready to lay batch number 4 and I will try and collect this batch.

#2 is a pair of Wild Caught Perc's and I think they will be the next to lay eggs. The female is starting to really beef up!

#3 Is a pair of Fancy Snowonyx and they are still a little young but just fantastic patterns so I am just feeding and waiting.

#4 is a new addition! They are a Phantom and Davinci, This pair has just been introduced to each other so it may be a few months before they lay but I am anxiously waiting to see what patterns show up!

Pair #5 is also a newly introduced pair and they are an Onyx and Maine Blizzard! I think these patterns could turn out pretty cool as well.

I have a pair of mature gold strip maroons that should be here Tuesday and one more spawning pair that I may just pull the trigger on. I also have a pair of black and whites that are still a little young that are in my main display and a large black and white female that I need to find a male for.

Hope you guys like them and sorry about the bad pictures.

Thanks Jason, I ended up having to get a U Haul and just loaded it up. I just picked up another pair that I will be adding to the brood stock, this is a snowflake male and a snowonyx female that are both large so should be ready to go once I pump them full of food!

Pix of the new fish!

I had Dennis order me a jumbo black ice from SA to go with my SA fancy white last week. Now I want some form of onyx. I never in a million years thought I would say this but I am totally diggin clown fish. So much so I will probably set-up another tank just for clowns.

More clowns are coming in! Maroons are here (smaller than expected) not sure if I will keep them or not. Another snowflake pair coming tomorrow as well as another regular perc pair.

let me know if you keep the maroons. I would like to get a pair for an anemone tank I'm about to set up.
