Guys just wanted to help spread the word about a new LFS that is just got off the ground.

Being a true RJ (reef junkie :)) I had to stop in and check this place out since its about 10 min from my house. Met the owner Anise Jamal. Very cool guy! Since the store was just getting setup so i got to visit with him about his plans and his vision. He took the talk to walk me through the store and go over each section. This guy has got some good ideas. Of course i told him all about MARSH and he said he would be filling out the application soon, Mark BOTLO :)

They have a some great prices and great livestock, even had a Chevron Tang on sale for $130 at the time.

Since Anise's father is an OG in Freshwater they have some really cool planted tanks and freshwater livestock as well.

Their Grand Opening is next Friday - Sunday (12th-14th) so lets give That Aquarium Place a warm Houston Welcome and go check them out. Below are some photos taken so you gets an idea of what he has to offer.

Picked up a paired goby and pistol shrimp from here a week ago. Good price and the owner, Anise, is very friendly.

So I slammed on my brakes when I unknowingly passed this place and saw it on my right last minute yesterday! I met Jamal and his father Sunny, told him about marsh and the people here... mostly the bad stuff... ok I am kidding. It is exciting to know that I can finally beat you guys to the good stuff! Being that I have never been this close to a reef store before-10 minutes max. He was telling me about his grand opening Friday wanted me to share with you guys that he has 200 confirmed frags coming in and its 10 bucks a frag!!! They are going to have a raffle for a few things I believe also they will use a reward point system for future purchases. Its a nice store and its only going to get better!! Hopefully they will be a sponsor soon.

i dont know man, i live pretty close as well... what kinda car you drive lol

this place is gonna be alot of fun and very convenient for us North Bound Boys.

I love how people in Spring/Tomball consider themselves "North Bound." I feel like I live in Canada sometimes!!! Haha! Anyway, I'm pumped to see more places opening up north of Houston. There's a lot of growth and a lot of potential here for both vendors and our community. I'm tired of Katy/Houston getting most of the good shops. I'm going to check it out tomorrow.

I was there this morning. Its going to be a real nice everyday fish store. Hes about half half salt/freshwater. Hes not fully stocked yet but getting there. He carries a lot of jebo all in 1 tanks from 20g to 180g with respectable prices. His coral tank is nice too, good prices on scolys and larger colonies. I can see him catering to more of the beginner based on the tanks/equipment he sells but theres stuff for everyone there for sure. He told me that his dad used to run a fish store in houston 30 years ago and that people like mike from adg, robert from fish gallery etc etc shopped at his store back in the day. Kind of cool little history.

I'll be back for sure, also helps that hes 2 miles away
