They hatched last night and i can only count 7 that survive. I took the nest to early(on Monday) so 85% of eggs have fungus and the rest RIP. If i could pull this nest on day 7, i would have more survive.
We will see how many will turn into snowflakes after day 7.

Mike if you want to try an odd pair. I would donate my pair miss bar onxy and caramel TR False perc; let me know will be available early morning today. Probally going get a drawf lion so when i get home feed it some live shrimp(my boss)... Let it tear it apart.

Sure and i like to see what the offspring will look like. You will be on my list for a few pairs back if they have offspring.
Very busy in the morning and afternoon but I should be free around 5pm after helping cacarnold3 building a seahorse fry's tank at her house in Katy.

Day 3 and all 7 of them are looking good.

Day 9

Only 4 survive and they got their first white strip. Very stock because only 1 of them is snowflake and the other 3 are regular ocellairs. I thought i would have more snowflakes since the parents are snowflake.

Mike, I'm going to the lighting workshop this weekend. Would some Furan2 help you on your clown project? Furan is an anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. But, I have read that although it is coral and fish safe, it has killed off beneficial bacteria, so keep it away from your main tank or it may create a ammonia / nitrate bomb. I would only recommend it if your hatching tank is completely isolated.
