Is there anything other than hannah checkers used to test for things like alk, cal, copper, and misc. Or are hannah checkers just the best to use for specific parameters? Planning on getting a qt tank set up and wanted a reliable way to test copper levels.

I use hanna for phosphate and alkalinity and (copper for QT)
I use salifert for nitrate, calcium, magnesium & alkalinity (sometimes).
I use seachem ammonia badges in QT tanks.

I only ever test Alk with a hanna for my nano tank currently. BRS has a ton of videos on different test kits, this one has a good summary of what you can expect from the bigger brands of test kits.
