I guarantee you, no I have not. When I lived in Korea, I had a "I'll try anything once" policy but that didn't mean I would swallow it. Only thing I ever spit out was raw sea cucumber. It tastes exactly like you think it would taste. I almost threw up immediately.
Peanut worms though? No, I don't ever recall eating worms
