Anyone ever noticed a color change in their 'peppermint' shrimp?

All these guys were the normal color at first...now the tail on all of them has turned a blue/black, and I have one in which probably 50-75% of the back/sides has turned a bluish/black.

yeah, they can change colors depending on what they eat, if eggs are present, and lighting.

The first time I caught them and shined my little led light on them I didnt think I had the right shrimp. They were translucent blue in my net. My larger, happy ones always have some iridescent blue on their back half.
