Yes the Mangrove tips should be above water line. They are not going to grow like that. Please raise the tips above water and then you can have beautiful mangroves like mine! :) Notice the 12" ruler at water line. They are 24 " tall now.

They are actually a nice looking plant. Mike had an idea I am trying out, pinching the tips to see if they branch that way. Hopefully I can get them to grow out more and less tall.

I caught this fish in my sein net in Port A last summer. We thought it was a pipe fish but it is not. Any clue what it is?

some species will have more pronounced teeth. but it's not a baby gar. none of the needlefish are baby gar.

true gar are mostly freshwater and occasionally venture into brackish water.

it is a Technor 75 gallon with 29 gallon sump. The bulbs are from front to back Aquablue+, Geisman 6500k, Atinic, and Aquablue+
