hey all,
i thought id ask the group for some feedback/advice concerning a marine planted tank. i also wanted to know about any added nutrients, i know freshwater tanks have some green liquid for their plants, anything like that for marine i should look into?
my plan is a gradual one, im gonna start by making a dsb 2.5 gallon with 13 watt pc light over it(might also look into the red bulb for freshwater see if it helps) once they get good growth i would like to upgrade to a custom long tank that i have in my mind for design.
im also in the market for any rare caulerpas and other marine plants, im gonna be willing to pay $$$ or trade for sure! im really wanting to do this and jump on the macroalgae tank genre bandwagon, im with those guys who think its the next step for marine tanks. some of these plants are just fantastic!!!
lemme know folks, thanks so much!
take kare all, steve
