just picked up the 125 insump version where should the water line be i have it skimming but just making sure im doing it right!

Congrats. I have the 125 and love it. I have mine dialed in so the water level is ven with the top of the cylinder (right to the white plastic just below the collection cup). The water level fluctuates less than a 1/4 inch and is producing some nice green tea.

Me too! I love mine. I get a lot of thick green-brown, smelly stuff...works nicely I think..I set mine up a little more closed so its not "weak tea". I keep the water like just above the neck so the bubbles foam up the rest...I think you have to play with in to see which setting gets you the skimate you want
