Nice to you back Diesel I am impressed that you only get corals sent to you from vendors. I always thought you were Dutch? Lots of Dutch around these parts and they are very good with their money. Cheers

Cause I'm a nice guy.
Been saying no to a lot of corals as I have no interest anymore.
Would care less for what turn the tank takes on me as long as it is after the holidays.
Oh my Phyto feast feeding exist from me cleaning my glass, it has all the ingredients on there, good and bad bacteria, algae, and microorganisms not to mention macro as in pods, can't have a better healthy snack for corals every other day.

OHH I'M JUST GONNA GO AHEAD AND SAY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:sorry:

I demand an explanation as to why you went from "WHATEVER IT TAKES" full throttle Diesel to "I HAVE NO INTEREST ANYMORE.":mmph:

I personally think you're burnt out. Happened to me too. Mark was right though...He said give it a while and relax and you'll find that passion again. I certainly found it.

I think the big questions are....:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

"What will be your hobby now?":frown:

"Are you out for good or will there be a new reformed Diesel with beautiful softies?":tongue1:

"WHY....ALL OF A SUDDEN....DID YOU MAKE THIS DECISION.":twitch:

Btw, someone will send me new kind of SPS colony after the holidays as part of a trade 10 months ago, pretty sure I won't keep it and un-seen it will go straight to Andre but not before I name it the Diesel Apfelkuchen :peace:

Lol, I'm in for the DIESEL APFELKUCHEN ACRO or whatever it will be :)
This German Apfelkuchen has been impressed people for long time now......
My wife must have something special in there.....:smokin:

Anyways, haven't subscribed to this thread accidentally and did not notice the traffic here ;-)

All Corals from Ben are doing awesome, and I did not touch them yet, but sold broken fragments that came off during transport or contributed them to Toys for kids as well.
Some real nice Gems.

I will maintain the tank for what it is and that exist of just cleaning the glass.
Not doing water changes, skimmer is turned off, CaRx is turned off as well, fish get food once a week.
The only thing that keeps this tank healthy is the micronano bubbles for 4hrs at night.
The power of that is amazing as I'm more than a year in with that.

CARX is now stable since a while and ALK is rock solid.
Will turn on my NANO bubbling very soon as well.

Any reasons or thoughts why you did run only 4 hours during the night?

More importantly what was the final results of all this!? Did you guys finalize on a rig to make the bubbles?

Nothing fancy in my case. Air pump that pumps air into a wooden airstone.
The airstone is behind the last baffle prior the return pump.
So large bubble get popped on the surface in the sump and the fine bubbles get sucked into the return pump inlet.
