Ok, the bottle says dont mix parts A and B together and to put them in seperate. So can I put A in and then B in right afterwards or do I have to wait like a few hours after A? And tech CB is a calcium buffer correct so I would need to dose calcium to get my desire level and then does CB to stablize it? And how would I tell how often I need to dose it?

You can put them in simultaneously. You just don't want to mix them together before putting them in the tank.

You would want your calcium and alkalinity at your desired levels and then would use that product to maintain your calcium and alkalinity. You will have to test your tank daily to find the correct dose for maintaining those levels.
