It's that time again! The BoD have been hard at work and it is paying off, this year Reef Currents (scheduled on Saturday, September 11th) is shaping up to be the best yet! With even more vendors and our new downtown venue (The Ballroom at Bayou Place), we could really use some helping hands. Our volunteers are an integral part of the success of our show each year!
As always, all volunteers will receive free show access and a free T-Shirt. Friday set up volunteers will receive free dinner with our vendors and Saturday volunteers will enjoy 30% off lunch.
If you are able to assist during any of the 4 shifts, this is what we are looking for:
Friday Set Up (noon - 10pm)
-Help vendors load in
-Help deliver water/containers
-Help with food
-Help setting up raffle area
-Help with general organization, pipe & drape, etc.
-Help assemble Swag Bags
-Runner (For those last minute or unexpected errands)
Saturday Morning (9am - 1:15pm)
-Registration Table (2)
-Vendor Room Entry (2)
-Vendor Area Runner (2)
-Speaker Room Entry/Directions (2)
-Raffle Area/Marsh Q&A (2)
-Man the Popcorn Machine and Ice Buckets (1)
Saturday Afternoon (1pm - 5:00pm)
-Registration Table (1)
-Vendor Room Entry (2)
-Vendor Room Runner (2)
-Speaker Room Entry/Directions (2)
-Raffle Area/Marsh Q&A (2)
-Popcorn Machine and Ice Buckets (1)
Tear Down Help (4pm - Finish)
-Help vendors load-out
-General clean-up & packing up
-Pack up raffle shelves
-Return water containers
