Who would like to have a Reef Savvy store in Houston? I am very impressed with there aquariums. Maybe something like Living Reef Orlando.

Not me! If we had one in Houston I would constantly be drooling on their tanks wishing I could have one!!

OK who am I kidding? I'd love to have a Reef Savvy store here! :D

I think I will be talking to reef savvy for the tanks and my reef creation for sumps and skimmers.

Elos tanks look amazzzzzzing.
My problem with them is their tiny overflows. I like tons of surface skimming and the ability to run more than a single drain on anything bigger than a nano.

Very good point bad design that's why I installed ghost overflow :)

The glass and silicon lines is awesome.

I have to agree. RS and Elos both have amazing craftsmanship. RS overflow design is far better than Elos and their materials are superior. Thicker glass, thicker acrylic etc. RS's tanks just seem beefier (is that a word LOL) than Elos.

Felix will also do custom work. He cut 2x 20" weirs in the back panel of my tank and built an overflow box on the outside. Overflow makes zero intrusion into the tank, all of it is on the backside. The 2 weirs were limited to 20" by the euro bracing on the 96" tank but is very efficient!

"Beefier" haha my RS is built like a tank (Sherman, that is!). :D

Yep. I talked to them at MACNA. They will do pretty much anything you want. Great guys. I'll own one of their tanks one day.

I think having something different from most stores will help me stand out. I plan on having some awesome stuff and maybe some prizes and giveaways each month. It may be a little drive from some people but think it will be worth it.

Yeah they are probably the best glass tanks on the market today.
I will look them up! We picked up a GLA tank, bought from them online, shipped to us from Florida. Low lead, rimless, virtually invisible seams... but they only have set tank sizes, all nano's. One of these days I want to do a long shallow seagrass tank... it will be a long while :)
