Replace apex head unit (1 Viewer)

2 weeks ago my apex unit started to lose connectivity to fusion, so I started to resented following the neptune guide about this problem, but one day I unplugged the USB cable to reset and apex never came back to turn on. After I found an axuliar power in my stuff and connected to it, the apex came back to power on. I submitted a ticked to neptune and after few emails back and foward, Neptune sent me a new apex unit. Today I need to move all my equipment to new unit. Feels going to be a long afternoon doing this.

im confused, why didnt you just download your old settings and then upload them into the new unit?

I wish apex was less dependable(lol), honestly its more difficult than it needs to be.


I say that after trying to log into Mobius for 15 minutes.

I had to redo all that too. My unit had a faulty WiFi chip and I had to get it replaced. Fantastic customer service from Neptune though.
