I remember my first thick steak too. I smoke at 600 degrees. It's a 2' thick steak. The outside will char a little and the inside will be heaven.Nice well done steak you made there

Have you seen the pellet grills! It’s the Apex of grills set and forget phone apps. My wife can even do it and I can monitor from work so it’s ready when I get home. Perfect every time. You can even get a pizza oven attachment.
