My favorite fish flamers the flame hawk decided to jump out of the tank and i didnt find him in time, sad he has made it through my last 3 tanks and never jumped, what a shame!

Don't flamehawks usually spend most of their time on the substrate? I thought they were poor swimmers?

I am sorry too to hear of the loss. Years past, I too had a flame hawk jump to it's demise, right out of my reef onto the carpet, only to be found in the AM the next day. No amount of CPR could have helped him. RIP to yours and mine.

just recently lost my favorite fish too, my foxface died for some strange reason. had him 2 years and all the sudden gone.
