Okay, I have a E.T.S.S. 600 that is leaking from the seams of the body. I noticed that was leaking when I first hooked it up, so I ran a thin bead of weld-on #16 along the seam that was leaking. It seemed to have fixed it. I reinstalled it that has been about 4-5 wks ago. I notice the other day that there was a puddle collecting around the base. I think it is not only leaking from the original seam but others to. I was wondering if anybody has any idea what I should do? Should I try to put more weld-on down or what?

I'm not very familiar with acylic or weld-on. Is #4 better for bonding than #16?

It is more of a fluid solvent and I just know it work extremely well everywhere I've used it.

3 Non-Flammable. Water-thin, very fast set, solvent type for acrylics. Will also bond other plastics such as styrene, butyrate and polycarbonate to themselves.

4 Non-Flammable. Water-thin, slow set, solvent type. Also bonds other plastics, e.g., styrene, butyrate and polycarbonate to themselves.

16 Fast drying, high strength, bodied. Bonds acrylics to itself. Also for styrene, butyrate, polycarbonate and other plastics and porous surfaces.
