Your best bet is from one of the folks on here that might have some used southdown or maybe a new bag for sale.
It's very hard to find and it seems it is easier these days to go with another sand.

Reef Savers had a big pile of that sand in their dad's parking lot covered with tarp - had some leaves ad sticks in it but last itme I saw it it looked ok and I think they offered it here at some point. Who know what all has nested in it by now though.
