What kind of lighting do y'all have on your sump. I know a few here have the clamp on light fixture wondering what kind of bulbs your using for macro growth.

I have a coralife unit with two 18watt pc's both are 10k would like to find some 6500 K bulbs for it

23 watt compact flourescent. HD has them pak of 2 for I believe it its 13.00.

they have a 23 watt = 90 watt
& a 23 watt= 110 watt
2700K & other color

Look at the label, It is probably X wattage = 65 watts.

The other place to get any CF is Light Bulb Depot on 1-10 at Studemont.

The have every lightbulb known to man.

To my knowledge they do not make a flood CF in 65 watts.

There is always 2 numbers on the pkg

example 23watts cf= 110 watts incadescent

13 watts cf = 65 watts incandescent

Again, I just have not seen one, it doesn't mean theres not one.

I use the 20" T5 unit for FW plants from Current USA. It's slim and does not produce much heat.

Here is the Link to the bulb details. I get mine at Walmart for $4.58..built like a flood light but a CF 6500k bulb 18w.

I use this bulb from Home Depot. I think it's 14 Watts. The light is on 24/7 on the refugium. Cheato grows like weed. I put a baseball size cheato ball about 2 months and last night I threw away this much. See picture below.
