Very vibrant pics! Actually, these are TOO vibrant.

I've spent years working in Photoshop to color correct pictures for publicatactions... the guys who have posted these pix have pumped up the saturation of the colors to make them appear far brighter than they truly are.

I must say though, both their tanks and their skills in Photoshop are excellent! More power to them. :D

... one day I hope to have a tank that beautiful.

I definatly agree the first tank is photoshopped, but I bet it is still a beautiful tank in person. the second tank is stevewest's i believe. I bet his tank looks just like that.

they are both impressive and sparkling clean.

Yeah, I seriously doubt the second tank is photoshopped. After seeing the setup this guy has, its quite believable that the tank really looks like that. Its probably the most expensive private setup I have ever seen.

Ok, I looked again and concur with you all. The first was a bit too colorful for reality, but the second just looks like the nicest, healthiest private tank I have ever laid eyes upon!

850 gallons... must have poured a couple of bell-shaped piers under his home to support that much weight, huh?

My 400 gallon, 12 person hot tub is huge. I can only imagine what this tank looks like in person.

Both tanks are great. But I like the aquascape in the first one (180gal), especially when he had not fully stocked up the whole tank.

With the 850gal tank, it's easier for aquascaping since you have a lot of room on the width, length and depth to arrange your rocks and still be able to make the tank look spacious.

Meanwhile, the 180 gal tank is only 24" wide front to back, but the owner of the 1st tank has an excellent aquascaping skill to make the tank look pretty spacious (from front to back).
