go to walmart, lowes, home depot etc and get the following
acetone
tile scraper or similar razor blade scraper
silicone I by GE(this is aqua safe) silicon II has toxins
caulking gun
small piece of pvc tubing

your seals probably just broke and silicon is hard to spotfix, so just strip all the aquariums joints. use acetone to losen the silicon, but not too much. I found i did not really need to do this, but sometimes the bond is very strong. once all the silicon is out, take an old sock/rag/etc and wipe the joints all clean with acetone. this will take all the grit, old silicone, etc away. get a bead the size of a small grape and use the pvc pipe to push it down in the cracks and smooth it out. a chip should not be a tank ending injury lol. if it is cracked, cover the crack with silicon and be gentle. might stop the crack from getting bigger. i did this to my wife's 125g tank and it is holding water like a champ. before, it was leaking about 1 gallon per half hour... does not sound like much, but it was far more than just a little drip... lol
