I think both urban aquatics and fish gallery move tanks but have no idea what the pricing is like.

if it were empty, there might be some members to help you for some nominal food snacks. might be cheaper...just saying.

Well it got started and instantly stopped and never saw water so it will be like a new build I guess!?

I highly recommend the people who helped me. 
I am sure you can get some of us to help out. I know I need to pay it forward so to speak. If you are worried about it getting damaged: I rented a u haul and paid 27 bucks for move insurance and it was covered if something happened. I felt better. Fish Gallery referred me to another company when I inquired about them moving it. I can't remember if it was a scheduling thing or if they didn't do moves though. I would check with UA for sure since it is in progress it may be way more affordable than an established tank move.
