Getting a 200g system and switching all my stuff over from my 90g to it.
old sand, Bio-media, and old carbon will all be going into the refugium for bacteria. all of my 90 gallons will be going from my old tank straight into the new tank.
New tank volume will have same live rock and New Live Sand 39" Trigger system emerald and my Submersible UV sterilizer.
Hoping i can get fish out of the 90 same day after I get it all tubed up.
Am I going to be okay switching like this?

I'd be careful switching old sand over... you churn up old pockets of toxic crap that's buried in the sandbed and it can spike your nitrates. I had to learn this the hard way after switching old sand over haha. Just make sure you rinse it out really well or just use all-new sand.

I went from a 90 to a 150 six months ago. I did the same thing you are planning to do except I add some new live sand with the old sand due to the increase in tank size. Made these switch without any problems. Switched everything over in about 2 hours.
