Tax exemption for aquaculture of fish/corals (1 Viewer)

I heard a very intresting topic today. You can get a tax Id number if you frag, grow and sell your frags and fish. I also have chickens and I have never thought of getting a tax Id. Any input?

If you get a tax id you are starting a business, so although you might be exempt from paying tax on purchases, you would legally have to pay tax on sales and file quarterly returns. Legally.
Not sure this would be worth the hassle?

Oh never mind....its not really worth the hassle for a few chicken eggs and a few frags.
