I am sure everyone will be fine... if it were such a problem, more people, like masses would be coming down with it. Just take precautions. If you have open wounds, it probably wouldn't be a good idea to go in the water if they aren't protected. If you are immune-compromised, don't go in the water. Sometimes the internet causes mass hysteria...
