Iodine in concentrated form, Seachem makes a good coral disinfectant.

Also, just took a look at your pics and saw the two stars... Is the chocolate chip in your reef tank?

no, the chocolate chip found a new home when he ate my polyps, only star in with torch is a banded brittle s tar

This could be from lack of water movement.

Strong water movement often cleans the corals better and thus removes slime and detritus, preventing this disease, at least for this cause (accumulation of organic matter that decomposes and give rise to a bacterial infection).
