Totaling hating my RODI unit right now (1 Viewer)

I HATE IT!!!

I didnt change the filters or even use my unit for over a year. So when I was going to use it again I just replaced the filters and thought that would be the end of it... nope sure isnt! I have replaced all of the filters including the RO membrane and STILL I have TDS of anywhere from 1 to 3 and phosphorus of 2ppb.

I have replaced ALL of the filters twice now and the sediment filter 4 times and I am still messing this thing up!

I hope with my husbands help I can figure out what I am doing wrong

How much water have you run through the unit since you changed everything out? When I change out my di resin I run 5g through it. It usually starts a 0 tds but sometimes it will be 1 for about the 1st 1/2 of a 5g bucket and then drop to 0.

Narny - feel free to give us a call when you are in front of your system - we're happy to help you troubleshoot it. Is it one of our systems? Doesn't really matter - we'll help you regardless. To get started we'll need:
1. pressure at the membrane when the system is running?
2. Tap water TDS?
3. RO water TDS?
4. DI water TDS?

Narny FWIW Here is how mine is plumbed... (in)/(out) are marked on the housings

city water -> (in) 1µ sediment (out) -> (in) chloramine buster (out) -> (in) 1µ carbon (out) -> booster pump (90 PSI) -> (in) RO filter (out) -> (in) di resin 1 (out) -> (in) di resin 2 (out) -> water storage, RO filter also has a waste/brine water out to drain..

Not yet... I have been buying until I have the ability to get it together. We have had a whole house of sickness. Its been pretty rough.
