I have 1 turbo snail in my 25g cube. It does not even touch the GHA and does not look like its making a dent in the film algae. I feel like my snail has lost it's turbo. Should I get more? As of right now. I have gha but its isolated and on a control burn. Slow growth but not spreading.

I think turbos are hit and miss, I have two that were introduced for precisely the same reason as you, I have not seen them near any gha even once. However, as you said, the gha I do have is isolated and doesn't seem to be spreading or growing so there's that at least :)

I had the same issue (putting them in the sump for a few days (no food) made them go after more but it was a real pain...).

I also put them right on what I wanted to mow when I took them out. Sometimes it worked well other times not so much but worth a try...
