It has been a really long time since I used this stuff but have a dumb question here... Do you leave your lights on for normal time settings or do you leave them off for the 24 to 48 hour treatment period?

If you have fish it’s recommended that you add an air stone to increase CO2 levels, if you have a UV leave that on. And it’s also recommended that you leave your skimmer ON but to adjust it.

this product is different than cyano rx, with rx you don’t turn your lights off and you treat the tank when the lights first come. With cyano rx you turn off your skimmer and do water change afterwords.

personally I didn’t get good results with ultra life but cyano rx wiped it out in 2 days.

Maybe I didn’t get good result with ultra life because I didn’t turn off my lights like rr-man suggested... but it doesn’t say to do that on the box. Where cyano rx clearly says to leave the lights on? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Thanks if this does not work I will try that stuff. I have two 2K gyres and a jebao wave maker in there.
