I went by Neptunes Garden today. They used to have a 55 gallon show tank with some nice corals, fish and live rock. However they broke down the tank, and had the live rock in one of their tide pools. Now are you ready for this, they will make you a deal on this rock for only $25.99 a pound. Thats right folks only $25.99. Hurry, or you may miss out!

I had to look twice but thats what the sign said. I almost fell over from laughter. It did have some nice purple corraline algae on it but also seemed to have a problem with some other algae. I wonder if it was laced with gold ore? 8O

Yep, I remember that rock when they had it in the tank against the back wall.

They have had it for that price for a long time.

Did you notice that the inventory is getting less and less.
The saltwater section doesn't have anything new. Like that never happens.
Except the stuff that was in the 55, $150.00 for the leather
I did a double take when I saw the LR
Front of the store is totally empty.

The place is up for sale.
Maybe someone will buy it that has a bigger interest in saltwater.
It would be nice to 10 miles instead of 30 miles to good LFS.

Yeah, I noticed all the saltwater tanks are starting to grow algae, they look terrible. I hope someone can get in there before the system crashes.

One of the employee were cleaning the tanks, when I was
looking around. They said there are several people interested
and will know more by July 1st. Keep your fins crossed.

Hey fins
Where do you live?

There was another thread about this somewhere.
We can only hope that the buyer likes saltwater.

Even if we do get a good one, still probably go to the other LFS also, just to see all the different stuff.
