Ok, I have 2 - 20 gallon tall tanks full of soon to become base rock.
I don't know what kicked it off, but something must have caused a cycle to start because it all stanks like rock that needs to be cured. So since it was in my living room, stinking that up, It's now drying out, needs to have a lot of nasty green algae killed off anyhow.

Just thanking god I had about 50lbs of cured rock in the garage, and some in my fuge.

Tank is half full again, still missing parts to complete the closed loop, always seem to overlook a piece I need when I'm at the store, and Sears Hardware lost my business for good tonight.
Got there @ 8:51 to get 2 1" to 3/4" reducers and they wouldn't let me. They close @ 9. I called and the guy said, we close at 9, I said, it's 8:51 and he said, not on the clock in here, so I called shananigans on that, told him thats a load of crap and every employee in that store knows exactly how many minutes fast their clock is. Asked him, so is Sprints entire network 9 minutes slow?, he said, I don't know, but I know its 9 in here.
Took a lot of restraint for me not to starting cursing up a storm at him...
Anyhow, at least I had some caps and stuff, so I could just close the bulkheads for now.
DOWN WITH SEARS!!! Use to love them, now I hate them......

I small twinkle of light at the end of the tunnel.
I was throwing a few things in the main tank last night, snails, scarlet hermits, couple leathers that I had no where else to put...
Anyhow, the snails were alive and moving on the glass this morning, always a good sign.
