Did anyone else get an email saying the publisher was having trouble filling the order?? I want my cheap book :-x

Got mine also, looks like they hoping people will not send a reply.
Then they can cancel the order.
I sent a reply and saved it for future reference.
I sure hope they don't play this game to long.

I didn't notice the part about replying! I guess that's what I get for tryinying to read my mail at 3:00 AM... Thanks for the heads-up Robert.

Note how they give detailed step by step instructions on how to cancel the order. And if you don't do anything it will be cancelled anyways.

What if you want to keep the order? "if we do not hear from you ... after 10 days". Ooohhh, thanks for the detailed instructions. The email came from one address, I think "orderfulfillment" (or something like that) and they say something about sending questions to "help". What a bunch of BS. I seems to me that they are just trying to get out of fulfilling the orders.

EXACTLY!!! This book has a cover price of like 50 bucks or something ~ they're trying to screw those of us who ordered. Thanks to sarubjr for posting I had to reply to their email, because I skimmed the first paragraph and filed the email. :)

They will try anyway to make the extra buck.
They have low price, but they run the mom and pop stores out
of business. I have also heard WM doesn't treat their employees
very good.
Makes you wonder if they will be around in the next 10 to 20 years.

Well after seeing Leslea's last post I decided to call the WM help#
I talked to the information desk and they said it would be delivered
on July 28.

I had the individual make a note into my acct. that I do not want
this item cancel and will wait for it to be shipped.


Hope this works, sometimes you have to play the game by their rules
to win.

i checked on their website and it says they are out of stock :) guess everyone over reefcentral, here, etc really took advantage of their screw up :)
