I told her sofa until I knew she was coming in. Then I showed her the shims under the stand. The tank was in the lease, but I didn’t want her to know I was setting it up because I felt like she would start texting me about that too.

Yeah, right now is a good time to buy a house for sure.

Yep, she likes the feeling of power I believe, because before she was renting. Now she’s the owner.

What was really strange was if I bought a bird feeder…she would buy the exact same one. If I changed my flowerbeds.. she would too. If I bought a new sprinkler.. she would.

I’m telling you, the lady is weird AF. Always knew what we were doing and when I had conversations with her she would tell me things that she heard and always asked if we could hear her. I told her it’s normal to hear your neighbors sometimes.

my neighbor counts the packages I get everyday and lets me know. On one hand I like that someone is watching out, on the other hand its creepy.
