I thought there were a bunch of bristle worms congragated together but I found out it is some kind of bristle star. Anyone know what it is? Best pic I could get.

I got tons of those in my live rock. They are mini bristle star. They are mostly filter feeders. They are good guys.

I have mini-bristle stars but they are tiny about as big as my finger nail. This star is about 4" accross with those wierd orange things around it.

Well I didnt know they got that small.
The star you see in your picture is the ones I have in my LR. They are filter feeders. He will spend most of his time hidding with his tentacles out.
Yes, I've seen those sacs in between its arms. I dont know what they are either. But I have at least 30 or 50 of those things in my LR hiding.

Very strange good to know that they are filter feeders.
BTW I got one of your nasty crabs when I was putting your corals in my tank. I was about throw it in my tank when I remembered seeing this picture of what they grow into so its in the fuge.

Looked just like the one in the picture but small with those nasty black tipped claws. He'll enjoy the fuge.
