What is the shortest length of time I can leave my lights on? (1 Viewer)

What is the shortest you would leave your lights on? I know on average people say 8-12 but could 5 or 6 be good or less? What is your personal limit?

I have a 24" 4 blub T5 set up. I would have polyps, zoas, and some easy to keep sps. Nothing listed as highly demanding.

I would try 6 and see how it goes for a few weeks. If you are at like 10-12 I would bring it down an hour a week or something.
I would say every tank/lighting combo will be a little different, but i wouldn't go less than 4 hours of full intensity.
