This is the third tank I've cycled and I've never had this type of algae come up in any of my tanks. What is it and should I pull it out now or just let it ride through the cycle?

Hair algae and dinoflagellates. Decrease nutrients and/or light schedule. Increase clean up crew like hermit crabs and snails.

Ok. Well it's cycling now for another couple weeks. I'll just decrease light hours. Thanks

It definitely looks like hair algae. I had a fun go with it, margarita snails, emerald crab and a lawnmower blenny wiped it out of the DT. Still pops up in the sump, but alas I am nutrient rich.

The brown looks like diatoms to me, not dinos.
Diatoms are a normal part of the cycle, dinos is usually brought in by something else and a biatch to get rid of. It's long, stringy, bubbly snot.

I agree with the general consensus with it being GHA and diatoms. Perfectly normal to see this on a new tank. The diatoms while ugly are harmless and will the bloom will die-off once the silicates are all used up. The GHA will get annoying but it will also die off once the available nutrients are gone. Reduce lighting, and start regular 5-10% weekly water changes to remove the nutrients. If you do start adding snails and hermits and order a package deal from one of the online vendors you want to order for a tank 1/3 the size of yours. They always put waaaay too many in there and will quickly eat up all the available food and then starve and die. This will add all the nutrients they consumed back into the water table, effectively canceling out all the work they did.
