Had a slightly surprising moment looking in my frag tank last night

That's because... I don't have any fish in my frag tank...:twitch:

The only way in is through a return pump from a sump shared with main reef tank so that wasn't it.

I also have screen tops, but had one cracked yesterday when feeding and didn't move it back...:fish2:
Apparently someone has nine lives, jumped :angel:and :plane: :emptybath: became :bathbaby:

That fish was :pray2: and got lucky :yippee:

Few years back another reefer had a wrasse change tanks on him. he only had a feed opening on both tanks. Whats the odds.
Me not that lucky, had a blue line angel jump and land on center brace. instead of flipping back into the water he layed there and died.

Do you mean the FOWLR is too mean or the clown/solon wrasse is too mean and should be in the FOWLR? Actually this guy is pretty mellow and way down the pecking order in my wrasses, partially because the big old blueside will show him who's boss and the flame wrasses too. He has the misfortune of blending a few colors and everyone wants to show him they're the boss.

It was the oddest thing looking in your frag tank. Ok, that chalice looks good, that acan is coloring up, zoas are good- can't see the mille for the fish ... fish, what the heck?!? Took a minute to register, "hey, you're supposed to be over there?"

That's great! I'm with David...not that lucky. I have had fish jump through the screen lid and go carpet surfing. Maybe he just wanted to check out that other part of the ocean :)

With all else that went on lately with your tank, this is a very good turn of luck!

Move him back and set up a video camera. If he can repeat with consistency, you will have to be the next tank tour stop. Charge admission!
