Ive always run magpumps for my returns but notice that they slowly increase in noise/vibration the olded they get and wanted to try something different. Whats a good quiet return pump that will run 1000 gph? Thanks

The Vectra M1 or L1 pumps are awesome.
Depends on size of tank as the m1 rates for a max flow of 2000G/HR and the L1 for a max of 3100G/HR.

The Eheim's are super dependable, quiet, and don't seem to run very warm, especially compared to Mag pumps. When the new Jeabo 12000 I am using dies, I'll probably go back to an Eheim....

Eheim 1262. Used them on my last tank and again on the new one I just set up. Same pump still running 6 years later. Quiet as a whisper and never fail to turn back on. I take it apart to clean once a year and surprisingly internal is very clean in between cleaning.

Used it on my old 230g and now a 260g.

Look up Laguna pumps on Amazon-super quite/powerful/long lasting.
